Paul L. Harold C.P.A., C.I.A., M.B.A., Executive Vice President and Controller
joined Nesco Resource over twenty years ago. His previous experience includes public accounting with Ernst & Young, CPA's, internal auditing at a Fortune 500 company, and Controller of Bankers Financial Group. Paul directs the Tampa Processing Center and is responsible for Nesco Resource's financial reporting, payroll, billing, credit and collections, and information technology.
Grant A. Derner Executive Vice President, Eastern USA Engineering / IT / Professional
joined Nesco Resource in November 2009 via Nesco Resource's acquisition of PMH Resources. In his role today, Grant serves Nesco Resource by calling upon a proven track record encompassing over 30 years of direct staffing industry experience at multiple functional and leadership levels supporting Engineering, IT, Clerical, Industrial and Accounting clients as well as Managed Staffing Programs. Grant manages all E&IT/Professional offices east of the Mississippi River and also oversees the Nesco Resource Strategic Recruiting Centers in Lake Mary, Florida; Columbus, Ohio and Heredia Costa Rica, the National Training Center in Lake Mary, Florida; as well as performing and managing a wide variety of Strategic, Operational and Compliance related tasks. As Executive Vice President of Operations, he is responsible for the operational and service delivery activities for Nesco Resource, including VMS service delivery, field recruiting and customer support, contract deliverables, quality management, program management, major client engagement and implementation, 1099 and DoD compliance, and merger and acquisition support.

Pierre Brandt Vice President of Nesco Resource Northeast Division
joined Nesco Resource in 1993 with eight years of experience in the Engineering Contract Staffing industry. With over 25 years of responsible progress, Pierre has a demonstrated record of accomplishments as well as in-depth experience in sales management, territory management, project management and training in both local and national sales, and operations start-ups.
Andrew Deutsch ARM, Executive Vice President Central Division
joined Nesco Resource in July of 2006 as the Corporate Risk Manager. Andrew was promoted to VP of Operations and Risk in 2008, VP of the Light Industrial & Clerical Division and Risk in 2009, and ultimately to his current role within Nesco Resource. Andrew came to Nesco Resource with 15 years of progressive management experience in commercial staffing, including a strong background in structuring and implementing staffing specific risk management programs. Throughout his career Andrew has excelled in new business development, branch start-ups and rebuilding problematic markets. His focus and area of staffing expertise includes Light Industrial, Clerical, large On-Site Management and Set Up, as well as safety and risk management.

Michael Gallagher Vice President of Nesco Resource Southern Division
directs Nesco Resource offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, Tulsa and St. Louis. He joined Nesco Resource in 2011 from a global staffing firm where he as a top performer within the organization managing offices in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. Mike began his career as a technical recruiter and has performed in increasingly responsible roles throughout his tenure in the industry. In addition to managing a strong branch network he is key to driving sales efforts for major accounts that encompass all lines of business across the entire organization with a high degree of expertise in the Engineering, and IT niches.
Jim White Vice President of Nesco Resource Western Division
oversees the Nesco Resource Western Division as well as the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsources) Division. He joined Nesco Resource in August 2010 following a 17-year career with two of the world's largest global staffing organizations. Jim brought 17 years of diverse staffing industry experience to Nesco Resource, with a proven track record of building great teams and successfully supporting major client initiatives. Jim's background has been in multiple niches within the staffing arena, including Engineering, IT, Clerical, Light Industrial, Accounting and running large On-Site Management programs. Jim has worked in all facets of the staffing industry, including recruiting, sales, on-site management, operations and field management.
Jeremy W. Dixon PHR, Division Vice President, A-1 Temps
joined Nesco Resource in July 2011 via Nesco's acquisition of A-1 Temps where he served as the Vice President and General Manager. Jeremy possesses over 20 years of progressive experience in the staffing industry working for large, local and franchise staffing operations. He has in-depth experience with business development, multi-site management, on-site operations and new market expansion serving Accounting, Administrative, Call Center, Warehouse and Light Industrial business segments.
Joanne Prewitt, Vice President, Kentucky West Division
joined Nesco Resource in 1996, in the position of Staffing Specialist at a startup location in Danville KY. Over her long and storied career at Nesco, she has developed many Sole Vendor and On-Site programs in addition to opening many profitable branches in the KY region. Joanne has also participated in heading up national corporate training for new staffing specialists, overseen national marketing programs and participated in corporate strategic planning. While her primary focus is always on her employees, Joanne is also highly involved in her local community, acting as Treasurer/Secretary of Central Kentucky Society Human Resource Management, President of BCMS Parent Teacher Organization, HR Advisor for Economic Development Partnership, Treasurer/Secretary of Main Street Perryville and Fundraising Co-Chair for Cheernastic Cats All-star Cheerleading.
Julie Gammon, Vice President, Kentucky East Division
started her career with Nesco Resource in October 1999 as an outside Business Development Specialist. In the spring of 2001 she was promoted to Branch Manager of the Georgetown, KY and Maysville, KY locations. With her proven track record of success and sales growth, Julie was promoted to the position of Area Branch Manager in 2004 and given the Lexington , KY location along with more branch leadership responsibilities. After continued success growing her area through organic growth and a hands on management style, Julie was promoted to Area Vice President of the East KY Region in 2011. Julie now holds the primary leadership role of 6 Nesco Resource locations throughout Kentucky.
David Lockhart Area Vice President
joined Nesco Resource through the ETS Staffing acquisition in 2013. With a long and successful track record in the staffing industry, David leads his branch teams in a hands-on management style, providing expert leadership and guidance in sales, operations, and recruiting processes.
Jeff Roberts Area Vice President
joined Nesco Resource in 2005, in the position of Event Coordinator with the Special Events group. After 2 successful years with the Special Events group, Jeff began working as an IT Recruiter for Pierre Brandt in a newly formed Connecticut office. Jeff moved on to become Recruiting Manager and then Branch Manager of the Stratford office. More recently Jeff has opened new branches in Danbury CT and West Bridgewater MA while also taking on an Area Manager role in 2011 which in 2014 became an Area Vice President role overseeing his 4 branches in the Northeast. Jeff has recruited, sold new business, and managed offices for all of his career with Nesco and mostly enjoys the hunt for talent and new clients.
Heath Luikart, Vice President of Operations, EIT
Joined Nesco Resource in October 2009 via Nesco Resource's acquisition of PMH Resources. In his role today, Heath serves Nesco Resource by driving operations for all Engineering, IT and Professional brands at Nesco Resource, ensuring best in class service to our customer partners. Facilitation of operational success, brand consistency, and growth strategies at Nesco Resource. Prior to his role in operations he managed our national accounts, oversight of our national compliance team and national Recruitment Centers focused on both MSP/VMS and transactional clients. Heath also was involved in launching our near shore solution in Costa Rica.
