If a candidate has not learned anything new in the past few years, you may want to consider hiring someone else.  

Why Do You Want to Leave Your Current Job?

If your interviewee cannot provide a clear reason for leaving their current job, it may be a sign they don’t like to be tied down to a single job for too long. It may also be a sign they are about to be terminated at their current place of employment.  

Can You Describe Your Work Habits?

This question allows you to evaluate whether they would be a good fit for your company. If you run a more relaxed or casual work environment, you may want to avoid hiring someone with a serious need for control, neatness and perfection. Conversely, if your work environment is strict and ritualistic, you may not want to hire an employee who works at their own pace and values creativity.  

What is the Longest Time You Have Remained at a Job?

Companies want to hire employees who will stay at the company for more than a month. By asking this question, you can find out if a candidate is a job hopper or simply unreliable. If the longest time a candidate has ever spent at a single job is only three months, you may want to consider another applicant.
