Office Administrator and Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Administrator and Customer Service Representative. This position requires a combination of strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and inventory control
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support
- Oversee office supplies and shop safety equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or via email
- Provide information and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Process vendor transactions, including payments and returns
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns
- Contribute to a positive and professional customer experience
