Position: Casting and Pasting Operator
Location: Fremont, OH
Pay Rate: $22.20 to $24.90 an hour based on experience (plus $1.00 shift premium)
Shift: 2nd (2 pm to 11 pm)

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices while operating machinery and equipment in the plant.
- Perform equipment setup and changeovers efficiently.
- Maintain consistent productivity levels to meet or exceed minimum requirements.
- Participate in various manufacturing processes, including loading, sorting, pasting, and loading of cells.
- Safely transport pasted plates from machines to storage racks.
- Execute the bonding of plate lugs with precision.
- Remove casted straps while maintaining product integrity.
- Identify and promptly report any product, process, or quality system issues to lead personnel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a smooth operational flow.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to utilize hand tools and torches as necessary.
- Possess basic math skills to perform required calculations.
- Exhibit effective communication skills to coordinate tasks within a team environment.
- Utilize prior experience with inspection equipment, gauges, and measuring tools to maintain product quality.
- Capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in casting or pasting operations.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening.
