Job Description: Welder
Location: Sandusky, OH
Shift: 1st (Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm)(OT is done on Saturday 6 am to 11 am as needed)
Wage: $20 based on experience
Possible direct hire or right to hire opportunity
Job duties
- Welding with Mig and Tig in various positions
- Welding aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel of various thicknesses
- Responsible for the manufacturing of weldments and finished parts to print.
- Inspection welds and repairs as needed
- Must be able to layout parts, assemble components, and fabricate complex assemblies using blue prints and drawings.
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a MIG and TIG welding test.
- Proficient at reading drawings and weld symbols.
- Able to fabricate weldments of all sizes with little to no help.
- Able to drive a forklift.
