Job Description

Growing company in the transportation/rail industry is looking for a Sales Manager to join its growing team.

The Sales Manager will generate and promote the company's sales in in North America (sales territory). The ideal candidate will spearhead sales activity from initial stages of sales generation, grow it into an independent profit center, and build/lead a successful sales team for the company.




The position will require:


  • Organization and self-driven motivation to succeed

  • Experience in providing solutions based on individual customer needs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic approach for sales and business development activities

  • Problem-solving skills

  • A history of successfully negotiating high value contracts

  • Technical knowledge of electronic components or experience handling technology-related products and systems for the rail industry (control electronics, power electronics, or signaling)
