Inside Sales Representative
NY - Rochester
As an Inside Sales Representative, this individual will be representing the company to our customers through a wide variety of customer interactions. A high degree of professionalism, polish and effective communications will be critical to success. This individual will require confidence and be able to flex his/ her style to adapt to an ever changing environment. This also requires being a good listener and adjusting communication style where appropriate.
- Proven track record of success experience (3 plus years), inside sales experience required
- Strong phone presence and effective listening skills
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Effectively communicate to all levels of internal and external customers
- Healthcare background a plus
Education: Bachelors Degree strongly preferred. May consider an Associates Degree with very strong health care sales experience.
