Job Description


    • Maintain dispatch sheet

    • Assist with mid-shift and end of shift reporting

    • Print all route paperwork, separate and create driver bundles

    • Verify pallet counts, complete LTL paperwork and tag pallets with proper labels and packing slips

    • Run report and post daily stats for warehouse

    • OS&D tracker look up in AS400 and update

    • Scheduling delivery appointments

    • Auditing orders as assigned

    • Track RF issues as needed

    • Enter pro numbers into AS400 for LTL shipments

    • Match up receiving paperwork with finalized documents


    • High School/GED education required

    • Ability to perform clerical and administrative duties with speed and accuracy under limited supervision;

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is preferred;

    • AS400/iSeries experience preferred, particularly inventory/receiving functions;

    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);

    • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task projects;

    • Must be detail-orientated problem solver;

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
