Summary: We are seeking a skilled Temporary HR Generalist to join our team and support various HR functions to support with a temporary assignment due to HR staff vacancy. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of human resources principles and practices, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The Temporary HR Generalist will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, administrative functions, and other HR duties as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS systems preferred and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
