Job Title: Warehouse Construction/ Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (Some Overtime and Weekends, as needed)
Description:
The Warehouse Construction / Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying and repairing problems in assembly equipment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strong Drywall / Paint / Handyman skills a must
- Metal Framing.
- Performs building maintenance, and installation of drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Rock/tape/float but also has experience in some of the other tasks listed below:
- Basic knowledge of commercial painting, doors, walls.
- Commercial ceilings and flooring.
- General carpentry.
- Light Janitorial.
- Light plumbing and electrical.
- Aluminum Commercial Entry Door repair and adjustments.
- Weekend work as needed.
- Aluminum Commercial Entry Door repair and adjustments
- Maintain a professional manner with all vendors, contractors and fellow employees
- Ability to clearly communicate in spoken and written form.
- Inspects, maintains and documents all hazardous materials on premises.
- Follow company policies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.
- Operate scissor-lift/propane and electric forklift
- Must provide resume
