Warehouse Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct orientation sessions for new warehouse employees on company policies, safety procedures, and job responsibilities.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and videos to facilitate effective learning.
- Organize and lead training sessions on equipment operation, inventory management, picking/packing, and workplace safety.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
- Provide individual coaching to employees to enhance their skills and address specific training needs.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain training records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Monitor and enforce safety guidelines during training and daily operations.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency.
