Custodian
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Manufacturing floor & trash
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Cafe ´/ Lunch room counters
- Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment
- Maintain restrooms
- Trash cans on the floor and offices and breakrooms
- Manage 3 sites within walking distance.
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload, ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- MUST have reliable transportation
