**Must have 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service within an industrial setting** 3-6 month assignment
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with customers, setting clear expectations and providing updates on order statuses, potential delays, and issue resolutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve pricing and order discrepancies, serving as the first escalation point for customer issues.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain comprehensive customer records and manage orders efficiently.
