Hours:1st Shift 6am to 3:30pm Monday-Saturday during peak season (7am to 3:30 pm during off season)
Pay: $13/ hour
Janitor Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the building in pristine condition.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Clean and stock restrooms for optimal hygiene.
- Respond promptly to spills, utilizing appropriate equipment for cleanup.
- Collect and dispose of trash in an efficient and sanitary manner.
- Keep cleaning supplies adequately stocked and organized.
- Execute tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Notify supervisors or managers of any major repairs or maintenance requirements.
- Basic knowledge and at least 6 months of experience in cleaning procedures.
- Efficient time management skills to complete tasks within designated shifts.
- Must possess reliable transportation for travel between buildings three days a week.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in the absence of supervisors.
- Capability to lift at least 25 pounds when performing cleaning duties.
- Proficient in handling basic cleaning and janitorial tasks.
- Skilled in working safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
