Nesco Resource, a 14-time winner of the Best in Staffing Award, is looking for a Packer/Sorter/Inspector for a reputable manufacturer in Columbia Station. This is a temp-to-hire, seated position with a starting pay of $15/hour on first shift.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for sorting, inspecting, and gauging parts based on specific instructions. If you're detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive work, this opportunity is perfect for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Sort, inspect, and gauge parts for quality.
- Follow instructions from the Logistics Manager and Quality Department.
- Use Plex software for daily tasks.
- Place defective parts in scrap containers and ensure the workspace is clean.
- Build boxes and complete other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with packing/sorting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic safety training, including lockout/tagout procedures.
