Nesco Resource is working with an excellent company in the Plain City, OH area to place a Jr. Maintenance Tech on 3rd shift. This position will train on first shift for 1-3 months and then move to a 3rd shift schedule. Pay is the $13-$15 range! Temp-to-hire!!

Job Functions:
- Provide technical support for injection molding and ancillary functions.
- Perform mold setups, processing support and samples.
- Setup and support of sonic welding.
- Cleaning and inspection of injection molding and auxiliary equipment.
- Work with Production Manager, Technical Manager and Quality Manager to solve customer quality problems.
- Tracking and reporting efficiencies daily to Technical Manager.
- Maintenance and repair of all injection molding equipment and tooling.
- Uphold quality policy as established by all departments and personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of injection molding processing
- Working knowledge of basic maintenance
- Problem solving and decision making ability.
- Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Access.
- Able to lift 55lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- This position reports to the Technical Manager
