Position Highlights:
- Shift: 2nd Shift | 3 PM – 11 PM, Sunday through Thursday
- Pay Rate: Starting at $17.50/hour
- Location: Holly, MI

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain SMT assembly equipment, including Screen Printers, Glue Dispensing Machines, and Reflow Ovens.
- Conduct product testing and troubleshoot issues to meet ISO quality standards.
- Manually or automatically place and solder components onto PCBs.
- Perform maintenance and problem-solve to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Work with technical blueprints, data output from testing equipment, and identify trends for quality improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience with SMT machines and basic soldering skills.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail to handle small electronic parts.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive hand movements and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
