A local Manufacturing Company is Looking to Hire an Experienced Accounts Payable Specialist! This is a Direct Hire Position!
Location: Troy, NY
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
Fully Onsite Position

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
- Accept and file purchase orders and packing slips, code and enter invoices, perform weekly check runs, keep files for each vendor
- Manage intercompany invoices for expenses for sister-organizations
- Process and reconcile monthly commission statements and maintain company representative statements
- Provide aging reports and ad hoc reports as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- 1 year of experience in accounting position required
- Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Open-minded team player that takes pride in work
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong and proactive written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently
