POSITION SUMMARY:
This role involves managing financial operations using QuickBooks, performing bank reconciliations, completing various administrative tasks, and processing payroll.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage accounting activities in QuickBooks, including processing invoices, recording payments, generating invoices, and handling deposits.
  • Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.
  • Generate monthly financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain office procedures to align with corporate standards.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Collaborate on budget preparation and provide relevant financial information.
  • Calculate, submit, and pay sales taxes to the State agency.
  • Maintain up-to-date licenses and certifications.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for meetings and reports.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in the core responsibilities and meet the following qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar office setting.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reporting.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A positive and goal-oriented mindset that fosters strong working relationships within the team.
  • Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel.

WORK HOURS:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
