Nesco Resource is currently hiring for Quality Technicians in Bowling Green, Ky. These positions require training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd or 3rd shift.
Qualifications:
- Ability to aid in the development of corrective and preventive actions for internal and external quality concerns
- General knowledge of the automotive quality standards (ISO 9001 standard)
- .Knowledge of performing quality inspections on products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- General problem-solving skills
- .Excellent communication skills and the ability to train team members on quality requirements
- .Basic computer skills in Work and Excel
- .Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- .Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- .Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- .Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- .Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively¿¿¿¿¿¿
Physical:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment
- Specific vision abilities are required include viewing raw materials and parts of color matching and depth perception
