Key Responsibilities:

Manage Orders & Customer Communication: Create and manage orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), while maintaining customer-specific requirements. Respond to customer emails, answer phone calls, and handle any customer inquiries professionally.

Scheduling & Logistics: Schedule delivery and pick-up appointments for carriers and assist in checking drivers in at the shipping office window.

Coordination with Warehouse Team: Communicate inbound receipts and outbound load details to the warehouse personnel, ensuring seamless logistics flow.

Paperwork & Office Management: Organize and file shipping documents, track and order office supplies, and assist with clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Customer Service Support: Assist fellow CSAs when needed and provide coverage in their absence, handling sensitive customer care issues and escalating as necessary.

Process Improvement: Regularly review the ordering system and office processes, suggesting updates and modifications to improve workflow and ensure on-time shipments.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or customer service role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
