We are seeking to hire a customer service representative to manage customers' questions, requests for information on products or pricing, and complaints across various communication channels.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts by communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm under stress
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Ability to work in a team
- Must have good computer skills, data entry, and have an outgoing personality.
