Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management Engineer with hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ/IDNow (minimum 2 years). The ideal candidate should have the ability to quickly learn new technologies, possess strong communication skills, and provide excellent customer service. This position involves working closely with IT support teams and end-users to resolve access-related issues and requires 3rd-tier support for IAM tools, including occasional non-core hour support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage Identity Access Management (IAM) systems.
  • Utilize technologies such as LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), SSO (Single Sign-On), SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language), and WS Federation.
  • Manage cloud-based applications such as Office 365, Salesforce, Workday, and others.
  • Onboard applications into SailPoint IIQ for user access certifications.
  • Integrate applications with OKTA SSO.
  • Collaborate with Global Identity Services team focused on engineering for Okta, SailPoint IIQ, DUO, and Ping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ Engineering (minimum 2 years required).
    • Experience with LDAP, SSO, SAML, and WS Federation.
    • Experience with cloud applications like Office 365, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Certifications:
    • SailPoint and/or Okta Certifications preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to the team's goals.
    • Ability to support 3rd-tier inquiries and provide non-core hour support when needed.

  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Remote Work: Fully remote role.
