Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday)
Location: Lorain, OH
Compensation: $15 per hour

Job Description:
As a Picker Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pick orders in a warehouse setting. This includes locating products, assembling them for shipment, and ensuring orders are fulfilled with precision. The role requires attention to detail, physical agility, and the ability to work independently. Occasional overtime may be required to meet demand. Responsibilities:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Meet required hourly/daily quotas consistently
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with RF Scanners (preferred)
- Endurance to be on feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
- Proficiency in using packaging tools such as knives and tape guns
- Dedication to maintaining a clean work area
- Adherence to all packing guidelines
