Job Description


As a member of the Software Deployment Team, your responsibilities will include packaging/delivery with strong focus on remote management of software applications residing on customer endpoints (ATMs.) This would include end to end ownership of software delivery lifecycle management such as development, testing, and approval leading to delivery and management of application software. Additional responsibilities include adhering to stringent change control policies as well as maintenance required for environmental infrastructure. You will interact with team members internally and externally supporting key initiatives with vendors, and customers directly. Regularly, you will gather requirements, develop scripts, manage the database, collaborate and troubleshoot issues, document and train others on processes, and communicate progress and status.

- Monitor Radia environment to ensure servers are online 7/24

- Export/Import code into QA and deploy to test labs as requested

- Synchronize servers in QA and Production as required for code import

- Verify code is successfully delivered and installed to test ATM's.

- Verify correct data is being populated into SQL queries via registry scan after every new code deployment in QA and Production

- Import code into Production as requested through change management process

- Investigate on daily basis any ATM's not connecting into Radia for QA and Production

- Deploy code to pilot and mass ATM's as requested through change management process

- Provide Radia reporting after every pilot and mass deployment in production via email to specific internal distribution group

- Assist QA/Production investigations by providing files/logs from specific ATM's upon request

- Investigate and provide root cause for any issues preventing ATM's from connecting into Radia or delivering code to ATM.

- Create ticket with Production Support to investigate any issue with code not installing successfully or not populating correct data in registries that is not Radia related. Vista ATM logs will need to be provided

- Escalate to TD project team any issues regarding high volume of failures or inability to deploy code as per schedule

- Verify data populated into SQL queries on daily/weekly/monthly as required

- Deploy code to new installs and reimaged ATM's in the correct order to bring software to production level

- Clean up Radia database as required

- Provide technical and system support as needed for internal and external customers

- Follow Change Management processes (RFC)

- Assist with developing, maintaining, and testing DR processes and support auditory needs (PCI / DSS, SOX)

- Responsible for clear and concise documentation for internal processes and procedures (ITIL)

- Work required shifts independently, overtime as necessary, and maintain on-call availability as required

- Responsible for timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects

- Maintain application test environments

- Other duties as assigned or required


- BS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent related experience

- Up to 3 years of experience in IT or similar role

- Experience with the following specific technologies:

o Remote application management of endpoints experience preferred

o SCCM, SCOM, Radia, Client Client Automation

o Packaging (MSIs, Exes, Open JDK, etc.)

o Imagex/WinPE preferred

- Professional Service, Managed Service, or technical systems deployment experience is a plus

- Project management experience is a plus

- Microsoft certification (MCSE, MCITP, etc.) and Cisco certification (CCNA, etc.) is a plus
