Job Description:
Looking for a Field Access Control/Camera Technician to support our drilling, completion and production personnel. Responsibilities:
- Install, service and repair Kastle access control, security components and IP Video Systems.
- Verify completed work is documented accurately and consult with manager to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain company owned vehicles, tools, equipment and individual tool issue.
- Maintain and protect building keys to customer buildings.
Qualifications
Required Accreditation:
- Very experienced in the alarm, access control, IP Video and Networking.
- Work history must display stability and consistent attendance.
- Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Networking, Computers, Alarm systems, Access Controls and CCTV.
- Aptitude in basic programming
- Thorough knowledge installation techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of electronic testing equipment, hand and power tools.
- Proficient with MS Windows 7, MS Word & MS Excel.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use metering devices.
- Must be able to distinguish colors.
- Ability to write and maintain accurate and concise daily records.
- Ability to interface and communicate with office staff, management and co workers in a clear and professional manner.
- Self-motivated and excellent attention to detail.
- Must be available to work overtime, weeknights, and/or weekends as needed.
- Competence to Safely work from heights (Man Lifts and tower Structures)
- Needs to be very flexible with work hours. He/She will be on an on-call Schedule
- Personal Skills: organized, attentive to detail, personable, ethical, polite professional demeanor, self-starter and a team pleayer
- Computer service experience supporting and providing diagnostics
- Automatic Gate experience
- CCTV, AXIS, CISCO camera experience
- Knowledge of PC equipment and related peripherals
- Knowledge of P2P network
- Knowledge in Tropos and Cisco equipment
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols, cabling, installation and servicing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- In depth knowledge of low voltage 12 to 48 volt DC power systems
