- Forecasts, controls, and reports project costs needed within an organization.
- Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports.
- Reviews project costs incurred by category, calculates future costs based on labor productivity, material price increases, subcontract, wage rates and risk analysis.
- Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls.
- Displays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
- Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2 years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Cost Point, Cognos, OnBase, Deltek and WorkDay experience.
- Must be capable of working independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with often changing deadlines, inquiries and related pressures and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Must interact well with all levels of Project Management and colleagues in other functional areas/departments.
- Demonstrated strong work ethics, mathematical/analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
