Position Summary |
Responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program's pricing benefits. Execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program. |
Major Responsibilities: |
| Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits. |
| Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert. |
| Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program. |
| Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue |
| Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program |
| Utilizing data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan , vendor spreadsheets, etc. to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources. |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
| Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience required |
| Keen attention to detail and accuracy |
| Knowledge/Familiarity with medical products/supplies |
| Ability to multi-task and strong project management skills required |
| Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required |
| Effective customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) required |
| Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially demonstrated ability/expertise with Excel |
