Develops interior equipment specifications, interior maintenance programs and specifications. Investigates reliability/serviceability problems, and designs/develops corrective actions. Provides technical interface with manufacturers and suppliers. Develops Engineering Orders to modify aircraft interior equipment and/or configurations. Provides engineering support to Flight, Marketing, Quality Assurance and Aircraft Production in addition to supporting engineering related programs and objectives.
Qualifications:
BS/MS Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering discipline from an accredited college/university. Familiarity with aircraft interiors, regulatory requirements and AA engineering practices preferred. Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with other groups.
