What You’ll Accomplish:
- Drive Business Growth: Lead financial analysis and provide monthly results to management, partnering with different departments to solve complex issues and grow the business.
- Optimize Capital Allocation: Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts and guide complex capital projects to drive the best value for our customers.
- Mentor and Lead: Support and mentor the Associate Financial Analyst, while being involved in driving financial close processes and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, lead root cause analysis, and implement innovative solutions to save time and resources.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and influence.
- 2 years of experience in FP&A.
- Familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations.
