Production Line Specialist
1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm (M-F)
Pay Rate: $18-22/hr
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble, test, and inspect multiple product types from start to finish.
- Work closely with the operations support team. (Planning, Shop Leads, Machining, Engineering, Quality, and procurement)
- Responsible for maintaining quality expectations and hitting daily production goals.
- Prepare orders for shipping with proper documentation.
- Complete all related paperwork - work orders, inspection documents, and tracking sheets as required.
- Ability to use SAP is preferred.
- Assist with lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Flex to other areas as the production schedule dictates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Over three years of related experience or equivalent.
- Ability to identify colors.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
- Frequently work near moving mechanical parts
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate during work activities
- The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 30 pounds
- Frequently required to communicate orally.
- Ability to use hands and fingers dexterously to operate the equipment.
- Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions
