Major Areas of Responsibility :
- Receiving of goods into ERP System
- Transfer of stocks withinPlant's ERP System
- Pulling and Packing of Deliveries
- Palletize and wrap shipment
- Inventory Cycle Counts
- Storage / Bin Location assignment for stock Inform Purchase order discrepancies to purchasing department and follow up
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, International Shipping.
- Knowledge of ERP System in Warehousing Modules (Oracle, SAP)
- Must be customer focused with knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office
- A professional approach combined with a flexible, positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to set and meet deadlines including follow up
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to work in a team environment or work independently as required
- Knowledge of SAP inventory control modules.
- Ability to work using a computer (MS Word, Excel, saving and updating files and folders) as well as basic computer navigation.
- Strong prioritizing and time management skills.
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to set and meet individual goals and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time.
