The incumbent will provide administrative support to the executive team, handling a wide variety of situations and conflicts related to the clerical and administrative functions of the office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ordering supplies, answering telephones, and coordinating meeting rooms. The position will also screen visitors and telephone calls, respond to inquiries about hospital policies and procedures, relay confidential information, and maintain confidential files. Additionally, the role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, arranging large functions/retreats, and developing travel itineraries. The incumbent will prepare routine and advanced correspondence such as letters, memoranda, reports, graphs, and presentations. This role may also involve direct supervision of students, at the discretion of the area supervisor, requiring the same licensure or training as the student's discipline.

Basic reading comprehension required; Associate's Degree in Business preferred.
Experience:
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Previous administrative experience preferred; experience in a hospital setting is desirable.
Special Qualifications:
- High degree of creativity and flexibility is required.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
