Customer Success Specialist - Temp to Perm
Summary:
The Customer Success Specialist is a critical supporting function to assure we have a working partnership for exceeding customer expectations. Think of this role as the Gate Keeper who ensures all customer requirements are met by enlisting all required support departments. At its core, this position will communicate, maintain the CSM tool, track shipments, review inventory and relay orderstatus to internal and external customers. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders
- Interface with customer supplier portals
- Process inter-company orders
- Maintain warehouse finished goods and in-transit stock levels
- Log customer complaints and resolve customer orders discrepancies
- Working efficiently with the following departments is absolutely critical: Customer service, Sales, Engineering, Warehouse, and Purchasing
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma required, college degree preferred
- Skilled in MS Office Suite Software with expert proficiency in EXCEL
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Expert communication skills required to interface with multiple departs (purchasing, sales, engineering, customer service, and warehousing)
- Prior ERP/MRP, Sage software experience is a plus
- Order fulfillment experience in a manufacturing environment highly desired
