Position: Assembler
Location: Salem, OH
Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal and wire products according to specifications. This is a great opportunity for those looking to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products using hand tools and machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure quality control by inspecting assembled items
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Pay rate increase upon being hired in
