Senior Mechanical Engineer - Process Control Skid Design

As our new Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing process control skids for various industrial applications. Salary: $90,000 - 120,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer specifications to size and select pipe and process control components
- Generate comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing instructions, test procedures, and customer manuals
- Utilize SolidWorks for design work, maintaining appropriate revision control and parts management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in interpreting customer specifications for process control components
- Proficiency in SolidWorks with a strong understanding of revision control and parts management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with pumps, motors, valves, instrumentation, heaters, blowers, heat exchangers, and filters
- Capability to perform relevant calculations and select chemically compatible materials
- Familiarity with manufacturing settings, ISO 9001, gas turbine plants, and ASME B31.1/31.3 standards
Work Schedule:
This on-site position operates Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, to support production activities.
