Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician

• Starting pay is $25 - $30/hour, based on experience
• 1 ^st shift working Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm or 7am to 3:30pm
• Located in Solon, OH
• Direct hire opportunity with the company.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Possess background and skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform a wide variety of duties to troubleshoot and maintain plastic injection molding machines and other plant equipment.

Skills/Qualifications

• 10-year Industrial maintenance experience, or mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings.
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
