Description:
Responsible for collecting inclusion and exclusion criteria for projects.
Manage and facilitate conversations between external vendors, project team and pathologist
Create and manage purchase orders for external purchases.
Search internal database for inventory internally appropriate for the project needs.
Manage Procurement and QA expectations
Skills needed:
Experience with oncology terminology
Experience with Human Anatomy
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills
Desired skills:
Biological sample procurement
experience with FFPE material.
Education and Experience - US:
Associates Degree in a biological discipline or a related field and 3 years of relevant work experience
OR
Bachelor's degree in biological discipline or related field
Education and Experience - CH:
Bachelor's degree, 0 years experience
or
Laborant/Technical Assistant (2-3 yrs) 2 yrs. add. education (Technician)
Education and Experience - DE:
Apprenticeship of 2-4 years and several years of relevant work experience
