 Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations such as lease administration, budgeting, payables, and receivables.
  • Collaboration: Partner with banks, accountants, and investors to ensure smooth, efficient financial workflows.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise financial records and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Training & Reporting: Benefit from hands on training with our experienced bookkeeping team and provide updates on financial matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions meet company policies and regulatory standards.
 Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of real estate or property management accounting experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Real Estate Management software is a big plus.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Prior accounting experience is a bonus.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Initiative: Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
