Pay Rate $14.00/hour
Are you an outgoing sales and customer service-oriented person who wants to really participate in the growth of a company? Do you work well independently and seek a career with great hours working with the public in a clean and friendly environment?
We are seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual with great customer service, phone, organizational, and sales skills. You will assist customers by phone and in person by helping them understand their storage needs, renting units to new customers, processing payments from current occupants, answering questions and solving problems, and renting U-Hauls.
Must have previous experience in administration, customer service, or retail sales.
You must be able to work as needed / part time.
- Property Manager Assistant job duties:
- Administrative work
- Rental agreements
- Receiving and processing payments
- Collecting outstanding payments and turning to collections
- Clean up of building and property (things like mopping, sweeping, pulling weeds and ensuring units are fully clean before they are rented again)
