PRIMARY PURPOSE: To dispensed raw materials and assist with all pre-weighing activities. MAJOR DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use proper PPE and follow safety procedures Read and follow all written and verbal instructions Keep workspaces clean and organized at all times Follow directions of Pre-Weigh II Verify correctly all actions as outlined by written instructions and procedures o Batch records o Logbooks and document forms Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned Follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and FDA regulations Precisely weigh and tag all pre-weigh materials o Drums, buckets and all pre-weighed containers
QUALIFICATION: High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of work experience with relative skills
REQUIRED SKILLS Good reading comprehension Basic math skills Handwriting Communication skills written and verbal Attention to detail Proper lifting technique Must be able to lift 50-70 pounds
