We have an opportunity for a Sr Product Management Associate role to join our High Purity Chemicals business within Advanced Industrial Solutions, located in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Advanced Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of fine chemicals, additives, metals, films and fibers for products including pharmaceuticals, semiconductors and military protection.

In this role you will own and drive the Oral Care and Polysulfide Sealant product lines within the High Purity Chemicals Portfolio. You will work closely with customer marketing, strategic marketing, R&D, procurement, supply chain, sales, customer care, and the senior management team to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of these product lines.

Responsibilities:
• Own and drive top and bottom-line growth for the Oral Care and Polysulfide Sealant product lines
• Own product lifecycle management and complete activities such as product rationalization, raw material strategies, productivity enhancements, and profitability improvements
• Improve bottom line growth through pricing strategy and execution
• Lead Voice of Customer discussions to uncover customer feedback, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Drive productivity and asset utilization improvements in collaboration with procurement, sales, and supply chain
• Work in lockstep with sales, supply chain, planning and logistics to assure "Right product, right place, right time”
• Contribute to consensus global demand forecasting by providing key market and customer insights
• Collaborate with sales to build customer strategy and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, sales, marketing, or similar role with an undergraduate degree
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with sales, manufacturing, procurement, planning, and logistics
• A history of proven business results demonstrating top and bottom-line growth
• An undergraduate degree or higher in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or Business/Marketing is required
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Ability to lead projects and teams that successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables
• Action orientated and ability to lead via influence
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with a diverse work force
• Proficient in SAP (mandatory), SFDC, and Microsoft Office
