Are you passionate about leading teams, driving innovation, and improving processes? We are seeking a dynamic leader with extensive experience in industrial engineering or maintenance leadership. This full time/direct hire role offers the chance to mentor a talented team while ensuring operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with our client's cross-functional teams to streamline operations, implement cutting-edge technologies, and manage key projects that contribute to long-term business success.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and achieve business goals by developing and executing tasks to drive results.
  • Mentor, coach, and lead associates in compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct safety tours, enforce policies, and model best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the hiring process and ensure team members are set up for success through comprehensive training.
  • Spearhead new initiatives and manage performance, while fostering a culture of open communication and respect.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using PDCA cycles and timely, data-informed decision-making.
  • Lead capital projects from concept to completion, maintaining schedules, identifying new technologies, and collaborating with external partners.
  • Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and deliver strategic reporting on a quarterly basis.
  • You will be responsible for 3 locations and this will require quarterly travel to each site.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience (or 10 years without a degree) in a leadership role within industrial engineering or maintenance.
  • Expertise in capital project management, robot programming (Fanuc/Yaskawa), and PLC programming (Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi).
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS systems, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, vision systems (Cognex/Keyence), and material handling equipment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset for continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while delivering high-impact results.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to support global operations.
