The Inventory Contorl manages product and material movement in the warehouse, ensuring all handling meets operational standards and procedures. This role involves assessing incoming shipments for quality, confirming items align with delivery documentation, and handling inventory organization and upkeep.

Responsibilities
Policy Compliance: Follow all relevant company policies related to personnel and safety.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory tasks, including inspecting, labeling, receiving, storing, picking, packing, issuing, disposal, and cycle counting of materials.
Shipment Verification: Receive deliveries, verify condition and quantity against documentation, and promptly report any discrepancies. Ensure that outgoing items are properly packed with accurate documentation.
Efficiency Improvement: Enhance workflow efficiency by optimizing inventory storage locations.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain orderly warehouse and shipping areas, including inventory cycle counts and participation in regular audits.
Materials Management: Assist with Kitting and Kanban systems to streamline materials management as needed.
Issue Resolution: Resolve local inventory issues as directed by management.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate materials handling equipment with proper certification.
 

Qualifications
Inventory Control Proficiency: Skilled in inventory control processes, including receiving, labeling, storage, and cycle counting.
Documentation Accuracy: Adept at ensuring proper packaging and accurate documentation for outbound shipments.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and order.
Issue Resolution Ability: Experience troubleshooting inventory issues and resolving them efficiently.
Equipment Operation Certification: Qualified to operate forklifts and other equipment upon completing required training.
