Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Installs and implements and monitors security programs, e-mail, and internet filters
  2. Integrates new technologies into existing data center environments
  3. Actively works on ServiceNow incidents, requests, projects, and other tasks.
  4. Participates in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events when needed, including occurrences outside of normal business hours.
  5. Performs routine audits of systems and software and prepares reports based the results of the audits
  6. Installs and configures updated and new hardware and software when needed
  7. Adds, removes, and updates user account information and resets passwords
  8. Analyzes and patches O365 applications and workstation environments as well as additional information system infrastructures to address security, performance, or technical issues
  9. Provides technical domain service maintenance and support through active directory and other technologies
  10. Request, analyze, and submit quotes for hardware and software needs
  11. Follow department processes and workflows
  12. Scheduled and work with outside vendors and contractors, assign tasks, and track their time
  13. Supports technical personnel on issues related to IT functions
  14. Follows all company safety rules and 5S/Lean Manufacturing policies
