Pay Rate: $18/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday 830am-5pm
Type: Contract - 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls/emails, addressing customer inquiries when needed.
- Corresponding via email queue with both internal partners, clients, and insurance carriers
- Learning and utilizing COBRA knowledge to answer questions and resolve complicated problems.
- Meeting team/individual metrics for the position
- Inputting and maintaining all documentation related to COBRA to keep with service agreements.
- Establishing, managing, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients, participants, the carriers, and internal partners
Qualifications:
- Associate degree - Preferred
- 1 year of insurance related experience & knowledge of insurance industry customer service/billing exp & familiarity with health insurance is a plus.
