Responsibilities:
-
Sets-up job in accordance with job ticket and product specification documents.
-
Completes job start-up, quality sign-off, including specification and visual checks.
-
Operates digital press to produce product in conformance with customer specifications while minimizing waste and maintaining press efficiency.
-
Maintains and troubleshoots the presses and related equipment.
-
Observe machines in operation and make adjustments as needed.
-
Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-
Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
-
Maintain and update MIS system(s): Job Status, data collection, and complete and submit daily timesheet.
-
Complete any job order checklists.
-
Maintain tidiness of work area, including keeping equipment clean and in good repair.
-
Perform all duties in accordance with the Company's safety and quality standards, policies and practices.

Qualifications:

Excellent Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret internal and external communications to perform job duties.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Must occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
-
Available for shift rotations when needed. (Shift differential is paid)

Must be willing to undergo full color test; capable of lifting print rolls up to 55 lbs.

Excellent mechanical aptitude required.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.

Required Experience: Digital Printing: 1 year (Preferred)
