Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual with expertise in electrical work, welding, and mechanical maintenance. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and welding issues as they arise.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components.
- Install, maintain, and repair single and three-phase wiring systems.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for equipment repair and fabrication.
- Assist with equipment installation and commissioning.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of single and three-phase wiring systems.
- Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.).
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use various hand and power tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for maintenance tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.

Position Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: $20 - $26 per hour, commensurate with experience
