Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Cleaning: Regularly clean and sanitize laboratory equipment, workspaces, and glassware to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on laboratory and pilot plant instruments to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Pilot Plant Operations: Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining pilot plant equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Conduct Experiments: Support the execution of experiments and tests, following established protocols to produce reliable data.
Sample Preparation: Prepare and label samples for analysis, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Data Recording: Accurately document experimental procedures and results, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper disposal of hazardous materials.
Process Improvement: Participate in the development of work instructions and procedures for pilot testing and sampling, contributing to process optimization.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet regulatory standards and specifications, documenting findings and reporting any discrepancies.
