Job Responsibilities
• Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on presses
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for defects
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Experience in press operation or similar manufacturing roles prefered
• Proficiency in programming and operating press machines preferred
• Good mechanical aptitude and skills - troubleshooting skills
• Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
• Strong work ethic safety conscious, and team player
• Familiarity with quality control processes
Physical Requirements
• Regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Regularly work around moving machinery and heavy equipment
• Frequently required to push/pull
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Regularly use vision abilities including close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Responsibilities
- Work hours will be 4:00pm -2:00am Monday thru Thursday and Fridays as needed to meet production requirements

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining printing presses, ensuring high-quality production output
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
